ONE TIME CONSULTATION
Collaboration with primary care physicians.
We are pleased to provide one time consultations and coordination of care with primary care physicians (PCPs). Consultations include review of records, if available. We will review your psychiatric, medical, and social history during an in-depth 90 minute interview. Your PCP will receive the psychiatric evaluation with specific treatment recommendations via secure fax. In addition, we will call your PCP office to discuss our recommendations directly with your PCP or a clinical staff member. Your PCP will review the recommendations and together you will determine the next best steps. Medications will be prescribed and managed by your PCP.
